KUODA is the only Cusco-based tour operator that designs unique trips based on the interests and preferences of our clients. Moreover, our location in, Cusco, only two hours from Machupicchu, allows us superior access to the Inka Trail, and also gives us the ability to plan trips outside of normal tourist hours.
How do we work
Rapid Response: From the time our clients contact us, they will receive a rapid reply to their queries. We will collect information on their preferred destinations, activities and style of travel, and prepare a program that meets these specifications. We do not share your information with outside parties and only use it to create a program specific to your desires and tastes.
Client Feedback: We will request your feedback during the process of personalizing your program, and will incorporate the changes you request into your itinerary. We will communicate by internet, email and phone, until we arrive at a program you are happy with.
No payment until all is confirmed: Upon approval of your program, we will begin the process of confirming your hotels, transportation, tours and flights. Once we have received confirmation, we will report to you that all is confirmed and request a deposit for your trip. This saves you from receiving surprise changes after you already made a deposit.
A Guardian Angel in Every Destination: Once you arrive in South America, you will have a “guardian angel” representative, who will be available 24/ 7 in case she or he is needed. This person will be your liaison should you have any issues during your stay in South America, and will help in case of need, or answer any questions that may arise during your trip.
We are not happy until you are happy: At all transfer points and domestic airports, we will not leave the area until your flight has taken off, or your transportation has departed. This is so we will be available in case you need assistance or if there should be any changes. We will be checking that your international flight has taken off as well, be this during the day or at 3 AM, so that we can rest knowing that you have had a smooth transition in your journey.
